What is Prana?

Prana is a Sanskrit term which means vital energy or life force that gives life to the universe, including human life.

Prana is universal. In China called 'Chi', in Japanese 'Ki', in Greek 'Pneuma', in Polynesia 'Mana', and in Hebrew called 'Ruah' all of which have the same meaning, namely 'Breath of Life'.

Prana is very abundant energy available on earth, among other sources in the air, the earth and the sun.
